No Returns

All sales are final. CielD’amour does not accept returns on any products. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing a purchase.

No Refunds

All purchases made through CielD’amour are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to read product descriptions
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, CielD’amour may choose to offer a replacement, store credit, exchange, or other resolution at its sole discretion. Exceptions may be considered for:

• Incorrect items received
• Items that arrive significantly damaged
• Verified fulfillment errors made by CielD’amour

Any exception must be approved by our team before any action is taken.
